    Talia graduated from the University of Dayton in 2022 as a Health Science major with a concentration in Integrated Physiology. She spent most of her two gap years at Northside Women’s Health as a Medical Assistant and is now a second year PA student at Kettering College in Dayton, currently completing her clinical rotations.

    Mary graduated from the University of Dayton as a Pre-Medicine major. During her gap year, she worked as a medical assistant at Northside Women’s Health. Now, she’s a 2nd year medical student at Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine - Dublin campus! She is the treasurer of the OBGYN club and the student coordinator for the academic peer support leaders. She is interested in pursing women’s health so maybe you’ll see her again when she’s a real doctor! (In about 100 years)

    Mel graduated from The Ohio State University as an Exercise Physiology major. During her gap years, she worked as a STNA at the New Albany Rehabilitation Center but spent most of her time as a Medical Assistant at Northside Women’s Health. Now, she’s a 1st year Physician Assistant Student at the University of Mount Union in the middle of Didactic year! (killing it btw) Through exposure to a wide range of medical specialties, her passion for women’s health has remained constant. While she is making the most of her time there, she’s looking forward to returning to her hometown, Columbus, to give back to her community!!!

    Lauren graduated from the University of Dayton in 2024 with a degree in Pre-Medicine and a minor in Medicine and Society. At UD, she was a part of numerous clubs and a sorority, along with participating in research and volunteering in the city of Dayton. Since graduating, she has spent the last year and a half working at Northside Women's Health as a medical assistant. She applied to medical school and will be attending one lucky medical school ( too many offers to nail it down yet)starting in 2026. Lauren is going to medical school with an open mind but has a true passion for women's health and mental health.

    Sam graduated from The Ohio State University in May with a degree in Neuroscience and is currently in her gap year while applying to medical school. She joined Northside Women’s Health as a medical assistant in April, where she has strengthened her passion for women’s health. Sam loves connecting with patients and feels grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow each day through the mentorship of her coworkers. She hopes to one day return to the field as a women’s health provider herself. Outside of work, Sam enjoys cooking, reading, and unwinding with her favorite reality TV shows.

    Tracy

    Tracy graduated from the University of Dayton in 2025 as a pre-medicine major with a minor in neuroscience. During her time there, she participated in a medical mission trip to Panama City where she improved upon her cultural competence skills. She was also the treasurer of the MAPS organization at her school and helped raise funds for pre-health students to network with medical professionals. She is taking a gap year and is  working as a medical assistant at Northside Women’s Health. Tracy has always been passionate about women’s health and is now surrounded by some of the most influential women in the field of OBGYN. She’s looking forward to applying to medical school in the next application cycle.

    Amy is a medical assistant at Northside Women’s Health, and is currently taking her gap years. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in biology. During her time there, she actively participated in volunteering at the OSU free clinic. In the upcoming cycle, she intends to apply to medical school and pursue a career in women’s health.

    Gillian is a medical assistant/etc. at Northside Women’s Health. She graduated from the University of Dayton in May 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and minors in Medicine & Society and Disability Studies. During her time at UD, she successfully balanced leadership roles in student organizations with hands-on research and patient care hours. Currently, she is in her gap year and has applied to PA schools with the intention of starting in 2026.
